Your package is fully tracked via the tracking codes on our website and we expect all deliveries to be completed. We are currently offering Free Standard shipping on all orders. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe during this difficult time.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be processed same day, all orders placed after will be processed the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.

Shipment Processing Time

In certain regions (such as Hawaii and Costa Rica), please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking number. You can then enter this information on the Tracking link and follow the progress of your package. *If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.



WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Ordered more than one package

For most orders, you will receive one package. However, if you order a variety of different sofa covers it's possible you will receive more than one package. If this is the case you will be emailed a tracking number for each package. Remember, delivery is always FREE so you'll never be charged extra.
